Venue guide · Installation and service
Local people behind your station.
JB Charging CA delivers, installs and services stations across Southern California. We help choose the right model, get it connected and handle ongoing station support.
Start with the space and the guest flow.
A station should be easy to find without getting in the way. We discuss your venue, opening hours, busy periods and available space, then match the model to the placement. A counter station and a freestanding tower solve different space and capacity needs.
Delivery through the first rental.
We deliver the station, place it, connect it to the network and confirm it is live. Built-in 4G provides connectivity. Your team has a station guests can rent from, with local support behind the placement.
- Agree the location and installation access.
- Provide power at the agreed spot.
- Keep room for guests to approach, rent and return.
- Introduce the station to the people working at your venue.
Support after installation.
Local service includes power bank restocking and help with station issues. Tell us the venue, which station needs attention and what you are seeing. A photo or a clear description helps us understand the issue and arrange the next step. Guest rental and payment questions should go to the support details shown at the station or in the app.
Southern California coverage.
We serve Ventura and Santa Barbara, Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, the Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley. Tell us your address to discuss availability and installation scheduling.
Events get their own installation plan.
Temporary placements bring delivery, site access, power, guest flow and collection into the same conversation. Share the dates and layout early so we can discuss station positions and service through the event.
Questions, answered.
Who installs the station?
JB Charging CA handles local delivery, placement and connection, and confirms the station is live.
Do stations need my venue's Wi-Fi?
Stations have built-in 4G connectivity. We discuss connectivity and confirm the installation works in the agreed location.
Can a station go outside?
Discuss the exact location with us first. Shelter, power and the conditions around the equipment matter. We assess the placement before recommending a model.
How do I contact the local team?
