Guests take a portable power bank with them, so they can keep their phone at the table, in their hand or on the move. There is no need to leave the phone behind the bar.

Rent a power bank.
Follow the instructions on the station. Guests can use a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or rent through the JB Charging app. Check the rental price and terms during checkout, then take the power bank released by the station.
Plug in and keep enjoying the venue.
The power banks have built-in Lightning and USB-C cables. Connect the cable that fits the phone and take the bank along. Guests keep access to their messages, photos, tickets and ride home while charging.
Return to a JB Charging station.
A power bank can be returned to another JB Charging station in the network. Follow the station's return instructions to complete the rental. For events with several stations, this lets guests return a bank elsewhere on the site.
Make the station easy to notice.
The best introduction is often a simple point in the right direction. Place the station where guests can see and reach it, with its instructions unobstructed. Tell the team where it is and how guests get started.

Does a guest need to download the app?
The stations accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments. The JB Charging app provides another way to rent.
Do guests need their own charging cable?
JB Charging power banks include Lightning and USB-C cables. Guests use the cable that fits their phone.
Does the charger have to come back to the same venue?
No. Power banks can be returned to another JB Charging station in the network. Guests should follow the return instructions to complete their rental.
