Information you send us

Our venue and affiliate inquiry forms ask for contact details, location information and information about your venue or plans. We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry and arrange conversations. You can also contact us by email.

Forms and hosting

This website is hosted by Webflow. Inquiry submissions are handled through Webflow and delivered to our email. These services process information needed to provide the website and deliver your request. Read Webflow's privacy policy for its practices.

Remembering your audience choice

If you choose the venue or affiliate experience, the website stores that preference in your browser and uses it for up to 90 days. It also remembers when you dismiss the chooser during the current browsing session. You can change experiences using the audience switch or remove stored preferences by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions, including audience choices, use of the calculator and inquiry or booking events. Analytics can involve cookies, online identifiers, browser or device information and information about the pages you use.

Our custom interaction events send event names and relevant categories, such as venue or affiliate. They do not include the text entered in inquiry fields. Read Google's privacy policy for information about Google's processing and controls.

Watching a product demonstration

Product demonstrations use YouTube. The embedded player loads when you choose to play the video. YouTube then processes information associated with the player and your use of it under Google's privacy policy. A link that opens YouTube takes you to that service.

Power bank rentals and other services

This policy describes the JB Charging CA website. Power bank rentals, payments and the JB Charging app or distributor portal are provided through the JB Charging network and have their own terms and privacy information. Use the information shown in those services for details about a rental or account.

Questions and deletion requests

Email wayde@jbchargingca.com with questions about this policy or to request deletion of information you submitted to us. Browser storage can be removed using your browser's site-data controls. Questions about information held directly by another service can also be directed to that provider using the policies linked above.
