What you manage.
An affiliate owns the machines and develops their route. That includes securing locations, keeping the venue relationship working and making commercial decisions for each placement.

What the network handles.
JB Charging operates the rental network, app and payment system. The program includes 4G connectivity and support. JB Charging CA delivers, installs and services stations locally, including power bank restocking and help with equipment issues.
Use the portal to stay close to the business.
The portal brings rental activity, pricing and screen content into one place. Keep payment details current, review transactions and check what is running on the screens. Use the information alongside conversations with your venues; a dashboard cannot tell you everything about the guest experience.
Make support easy to reach.
Give each venue a clear local contact and make sure its team knows where guests find rental support. When a station needs attention, share the location, station details and a description of the issue. The published hardware warranty is three years; coverage and exclusions follow the applicable warranty terms.
Build a routine you can maintain.
Set a regular rhythm for reviewing activity, checking in with hosts and keeping screen content relevant. Compare rental revenue with any venue payment and other expenses. Use what you learn to improve existing locations and choose the next ones.
